No claiming. No bidding. No per-lead fees. When a homeowner needs work, they pick a specific PRO — you — and you get a private window to win the job before anyone else can. Here's exactly how it works.
Not every lead arrives the same way. There are two distinct paths, and knowing the difference tells you how much urgency to treat a lead with.
First-Shot Leads (you were clicked)
A homeowner searched their repair, browsed PRO cards, and tapped yours. You're the one they picked.
Open-Market Leads (Post a Job)
A homeowner used "Post a Job / Get a Quote" without clicking a specific PRO. The job goes straight to open market — no one gets first dibs.
The Browse tab shows open-market leads in your service area first — your ZIP list or radius — so you only see jobs you can actually drive to. Toggle "All Areas" if you want to cast a wider net. You never get spammed with irrelevant leads from across the country.
Want the lifetime discount? Check the Founding PRO program in your Profile tab — state-tier spots are limited.
A lead leaves the active pool when any of these happen:
You were chosen, not spammed
A homeowner actively picked your card. These are warm, intentional leads — not a name bought from a list.
A real head start
Your 4-hour reservation window means you can reach the homeowner before anyone else even sees the contact info.
One flat rate, no per-lead fees
PRO Plan is $49/mo (or $39.20/mo as a Founding PRO) for unlimited leads with full contact details — far cheaper than other lead marketplaces.
Less fake-lead noise
Homeowners can verify their phone by SMS before submitting; verified leads carry a trust badge so you know they're real.
Founding PRO locks in a discount for life
The first 10 PROs per trade per state lock in a 20% lifetime discount and priority placement that survives cancellations.
Notifications you control
We throttle emails (max 3/hour, 20/day, with a cooldown) so you're never spammed. Over-cap notices are deferred and retried, never dropped.
